This is the most ghastly news; I feel for the parents and desperately so for Isla. All she has known is pain, needles and hospitals.
After 7 years you will eventually run out of treatment options, and of course the cancer will overwhelm the body's immune system. It is truly a tragic end, and an absolute bastard of a disease.
I hope they get one last Christmas together and use that joy to help them through the next few weeks and months.

It is heartbreaking and to be told out of the blue that you don't have long to spend time together is a reminder to all of us to not waste the time we have with our loved ones and friends. I really hope they can have Xmas together.
There will certainly be a hole in a lot of peoples hearts and she has had a big impact on a lot of people in her short life.

Cant bring myself to watch it, there's nothing in the world worse than horrible shit happening to kids. This sort of thing is kryptonite to me. Proper upsetting. Genuinely gutted for the little mite and her long suffering family.

None of us should take anything for granted, show your loved ones that you love them. Heart goes out to Isla’s family but more importantly Isla, who has not had the chance of a life, or kids and the joys and heartbreak they bring. Life can deal you a shitty hand.
